Shipping policy
At Phoenix Faith, each order is handled with care and intention. As our pieces are prepared to order, we kindly ask that you allow a little time for production and delivery.
Orders are confirmed within 24 hours of being placed.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for production and processing, followed by an estimated 3 business days for delivery once dispatched.
In total, orders generally arrive within approximately 8 business days from confirmation.
We currently ship within South Africa only, with shipping fees calculated at checkout. Once your order is on its way, tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow its delivery.
While every effort is made to meet the timelines above, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, high order volumes, supplier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
To avoid any delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Phoenix Faith cannot take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Should your parcel arrive damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date, including your order number and any relevant photographs where applicable.
